PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: February 2026
OverviewSadorio is a field service management app designed for tradespeople and independent contractors. We are committed to your privacy. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is used, and what we do not do with your information. We Do Not Collect Your Personal InformationSadorio does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. There are no user accounts, no sign-ups, no servers, and no cloud storage. Everything you enter into the app — your clients, service records, invoices, expenses, and job history — is stored entirely on your device and never leaves it.Location (Geolocation) — On Demand OnlySadorio may request access to your device's location for two specific purposes, and only when you choose to use them:Weather — If you tap "Load Weather" on the dashboard, the app uses your current location to fetch local weather conditions from a public weather service. Your coordinates are sent only to retrieve weather data and are not stored or logged.Maps Navigation — When you tap an address in the app, you are given the option to open it in Apple Maps (default) or Google Maps. The app does not track your location for navigation purposes. The map app you choose handles navigation independently.Location access is never requested automatically on app launch. You are always in control of when it is used.No Cloud. No Servers. No Accounts.Sadorio is built specifically for field workers who need a reliable tool that works anywhere — including areas with no internet connection. Your data lives on your phone, not on a cloud server. This means:No risk of data breaches from a server-side attack
No subscription required to access your own data
Full access even without mobile or Wi-Fi connectivity
You own your data completely
You can back up your database and export your records at any time directly from the app.
Third-Party ServicesSadorio uses the following third-party services solely for the on-demand features described above:Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com) — Free weather API. Used only when you tap to load weather. No personal data is sent, only your approximate GPS coordinates to retrieve local weather.
OpenStreetMap Nominatim — Used to convert GPS coordinates to a city name for weather display. No personal data is sent or stored.
Apple Maps / Google Maps — Opened externally when you tap an address. These apps operate under their own privacy policies.
RevenueCat — Used to process and verify your one-time in-app purchase. RevenueCat may store a transaction record associated with your Apple ID solely for the purpose of restoring your purchase. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com.
